Employ to Empower (ETE) fills an important need in our Downtown Eastside neighbourhood by empowering residents and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to sustainably improve their personal and economic well-being in the long term. We take a unique, holistic, business and community-oriented approach, in order to foster that long-term change.
