We Are Bridging The Gap

Our Story

The concept of Employ to Empower (ETE) began in 2014 through the first annual Street Stores in Vancouver, where the homeless have a dignified shopping experience for free. While the Street Store provided a short-term fix and received support from numerous media outlets, we learned that long-term solutions such as employment are equally more important. On January 3 2018, ETE was officially launched and has been moving forward since.
