Employ to Empower (ETE) fills an important need in our Downtown Eastside neighbourhood by empowering residents and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to sustainably improve their personal and economic wellbeing in the long term. We take a unique, holistic, business and community-oriented approach, in order to foster that long-term change.
Community partners help drive Employ to Empower by providing support in a variety of areas, such as financing, employee engagement, and training. In exchange, we assist partners in accomplishing their community, marketing, business, and employee engagement objectives.

This can be a great way to elevate your marketing objectives, while actively advocating for residents in the Downtown Eastside at the same time.
